2. Educational Use Only

  • BrainVeda content is provided exclusively for personal, non-commercial educational use by CBSE Class 10 students
  • You may not redistribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any content from BrainVeda
  • Downloading content for personal offline study is permitted; redistributing downloaded content is not
  • Sharing direct links to BrainVeda pages is encouraged; sharing downloaded videos or PDFs with others is not permitted

3. Intellectual Property

  • All video lectures, PDF notes, DPPs, mock tests, and other content on BrainVeda are created by and belong to BrainVeda by Rakesh Sir
  • You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from any BrainVeda content
  • The BrainVeda name, logo, and branding are the property of BrainVeda by Rakesh Sir
  • Unauthorised use of BrainVeda content may result in account termination and legal action

4. Student Conduct

As a registered student, you agree to:

  • Not share your login credentials with anyone — each account is for one person only
  • Not create multiple accounts using different phone numbers
  • Not misuse or abuse any BrainVeda feature, including contact forms and doubt submission
  • Not attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer any part of BrainVeda
  • Provide accurate information during registration

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension without notice.

5. Content Accuracy

BrainVeda makes every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date educational content aligned with the CBSE Class 10 syllabus. However:

  • We do not guarantee that all content is error-free or complete
  • Content is for supplementary learning and should not replace your school's official textbooks
  • If you find any errors, please report them via the Contact page and we will correct them promptly

6. External Links

BrainVeda may link to external platforms including YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp, and Google Forms. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these external platforms. Please review their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

BrainVeda is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times
  • All content will be suitable for every student's needs
  • The platform will be available during scheduled board exams or peak usage periods
