BrainVeda is an independent online educational platform created and operated by Rakesh Sir. We provide video lectures, PDF notes, Daily Practice Problems (DPPs), Previous Year Questions (PYQs), mock tests, and doubt support for students preparing for CBSE Class 10 examinations.

2. Non-Affiliation Statement

BrainVeda is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, authorised by, or in any way officially connected to:

  • Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE)
  • National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT)
  • Government of India, Ministry of Education, or any other government body
  • Any school, college, or educational institution
  • Any examination board or university

References to "CBSE Class 10" on BrainVeda are purely descriptive — indicating that the content is designed to support students studying the CBSE Class 10 curriculum. These references do not imply any official relationship with CBSE or NCERT.

CBSE® and NCERT® are trademarks/names of their respective organisations. BrainVeda does not claim any association with them.

3. Supplementary Learning Only

BrainVeda content is intended as supplementary support material for students. It is designed to complement — not replace — your school's official curriculum, NCERT textbooks, classroom instruction, and guidance from your school teachers.

  • Always refer to your school's official textbooks (NCERT books) as the primary source for your studies
  • BrainVeda content may not cover every topic in exactly the same sequence or depth as your school curriculum
  • Board examination papers and marking schemes are set by CBSE and may differ from practice materials on BrainVeda

Academic outcomes depend on many factors including — but not limited to — individual student effort, learning ability, school instruction, personal circumstances, examination conditions, and CBSE's own evaluation criteria. BrainVeda provides tools and resources to support learning; actual results are the student's own achievement.

Any claims about typical results (e.g. "students have found this helpful") are general observations and do not constitute a guarantee for any individual student.

5. Content Accuracy

BrainVeda makes sincere efforts to provide accurate and up-to-date content aligned with the CBSE Class 10 syllabus. However:

  • Educational content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information
  • CBSE may update syllabi, marking schemes, or examination patterns from time to time; our content may not immediately reflect all changes
  • PYQ solutions and explanations represent Rakesh Sir's approach and may differ from official CBSE marking schemes

Students using BrainVeda remain responsible for:

Some DPPs link to Google Forms for quiz submission. Mock test links may use Google Forms. BrainVeda is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of those external services. Google's terms apply to form submissions.

Video lectures are hosted on YouTube. YouTube's availability is outside BrainVeda's control. BrainVeda is not responsible for any changes to YouTube's platform or its terms of service.

To the extent permitted by applicable Indian law, BrainVeda and Rakesh Sir shall not be held liable for any academic loss, examination failure, or consequential damage arising from reliance on any content provided on the BrainVeda platform.
